Refund policy

Our exchange policy is in effect for 30 days after you make your purchase. If it's been 30 days, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

It is important that in order for your exchange to be effective, the item you have purchased must be totally clean, unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with its respective packaging and packaging.
